GREENBUSH LINE CORRIDOR PROJECT QUALITY POLICY

 

A) To operate a Quality System which satisfies the requirements of ANSI/ASQC/ISO 9001; 1994 and adheres to the USDOT Guidelines for Quality Assurance and Quality Control;
B)

To satisfy the requirements of the Owner by provideing a quality product which is

  • Delivered safely
  • To required quality standards
  • Delivered to agreed schedules
  • Right first time
C) To ensure that the Project is delivered within agreed budgets without comprising quality.
D) To ensure that all employees understand the need for quality in their work, through training and procedures and to employ only those working practices that provide a quality product;
E) To maintain the commitment of all employees to this Quality Policy;

F)

To endeavor to promote a culture of continuous improvement and the use of best practice.
