24 HOUR HOTLINE INFORMATION

 

The CBB joint venture and the MBTA has implemented a 24-hour hotline, designed with the community in mind, so that emergencies are resolved, complaints are addressed, and questions are answered in rapid fashion.

An operator will answer all calls 24 hours a day and immediately page the CBB official on call. During regular work hours all calls will be promptly returned. If the call is logged after normal work hours, the operator will ask the caller if an immediate response is necessary. If an immediate response is requested, the CBB official on call will be contacted immediately to resolve the issue, otherwise the issue will be addressed first thing the following morning.
